Wings that are made of legendary feathers are the symbol of strength and glory. If players haven't gone through the test of battle, they will never get any of them, because no matter pure Angle Wings or cruel Devil Wings, their nobleness makes them not readily available.

Only the top 16 players in the Sky City Arena are qualified to touch the precious feathers, obtain them and be recognized by them. Besides, the refiner in the arena can help players refine flowery wings with feathers.
